We have been in business since 11/2004 and are located at 28 E. Rahn Rd., Suite 100, Kettering, OH 45429.

We offer Swedish Massage and employ Trigger Point Therapy, Positional Release Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Muscle Release Technique(SM)which includes Active Isolated Stretching, massage cupping, CranioSacral Therapy, and AromaTouch Therapy.

We strive to learn new techniques to keep our approach fresh and offer relief by using multiple modalities.

We believe it is of utmost importance for you to be proactive in your health choices by eating a healthy diet, drinking plenty of water, getting plenty of sleep, and just keep moving!!
