Simpson Floor Sanding has been serving Dayton and the Miami Valley area for over 77 years. Our company was started in 1938.

We love to do hardwood floors! We are a family business and are now into the fourth generation. We are accredited members of the Miami Valley Better Business Bureau since 1984 with an A+ excellent rating, certified members of the National Wood Flooring Association and an EPA Lead certified firm.

All work is completed by family members, no sub-contractors. We are proud of our work ethic and professionalism.
